Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team in Coral Springs, FL. As a Thriveworks therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Meet productivity and quality standards as outlined by Thriveworks
- Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
- Current licensure in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PhD/PsyD)
- Experience working with diverse client populations and presenting issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
