Job Title: Psychotherapist Outpatient Clinic

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is seeking a skilled Psychotherapist to join our team in Altamonte Springs, FL. As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your working hours and work schedule.

About Us

We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic documentation of the services rendered in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must have a master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy.
  • Candidate must have an active Florida license.
  • Work Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
Compensation Package

$60-$65 per billable hour

Work Schedule: As an Independent Contractor, you will have the choice to determine the working hours. Offices open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments. Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday. Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.

E-Verify Statement: Harmony United Psychiatric Care participates in E-Verify. We will provide the Social Security Administration, and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security, with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
