Job Summary:

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project controls functions for large-scale transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project controls functions for large-scale transportation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to ensure accurate forecasting, cost estimation, and schedule management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome project challenges.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on project controls best practices to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project controls reports, dashboards, and other tools to support project decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and schedules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement document control and tracking systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on project controls processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project controls, with a significant portion of that time spent on large-scale transportation projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
  • Experience with Change Order processing is preferred.
