Job Description

Job Title: Project Controls Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA

Hire Type: Long Term contract

Pay: Up to $65/hr based on experience, may be some flexibility

Responsibilities:

  1. Positively engage with Customers and develop, grow, and maintain Customer relationships.
  2. Deliver high-quality services and ensure that cost management deliverables meet Customers' requirements.
  3. Manage projects and deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.
  4. Prepare and present order of cost estimates and option studies.
  5. Cost planning.
  6. Cost-in-use studies.
  7. Advise on and implement procurement strategies.
  8. Provide support in the development of project risk management plans in both the feasibility/planning and delivery phases.
  9. Support the Project Manager by providing project risk assessments and qualified/quantified risk analysis to be used for data-driven decision making and developing risk response strategies.
  10. Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes.
  11. Evaluate and report on tenders.
  12. Value completed work and arrange for payments.
  13. Settle final accounts.
  14. Administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  15. Produce and present reports to Customers.
