The Learning Experience #147 is seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun.
  • Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
