We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetics Artistry Specialist to join our team at Anastasia Beverly Hills. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in meeting and exceeding retail sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with customers and retailers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Meet or exceed set retail sales goals for each shift
- Apply expert knowledge of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics to create a wide range of looks for various occasions
- Maintain superior product knowledge and reinforce proper application techniques through refresher courses and seasonal workshops
- Build lasting relationships with customers and retailers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Support team goals by facilitating bookings and filling open appointments
**Requirements:**
- Previous cosmetics artistry experience required
- Superior selling skills with the ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to work out of multiple locations during store peak hours
- Must be available 20 hours per month
