We are currently seeking a highly motivated Early Childhood Communication Expert to join our Speech Department at Unity House. As a vital member of our team, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families in our community.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote language development and social skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other professionals to ensure a smooth continuum of care.
Requirements
  • NYS certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Experience working with young children and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
