Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Coax Splicing Specialists. This role is essential for our ongoing projects and requires immediate attention.

Key Competencies Required:

  • Experience in Coax Cable Splicing with a telecommunications provider
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics and plant layouts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Prior experience in the Cable Television (CATV) sector is advantageous

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be tasked with supporting a significant project involving extensive coaxial splicing. The objective is to complete a substantial number of splices across multiple sites within a defined timeframe. Technicians will be expected to manage multiple locations daily, focusing on both passive and active splicing tasks. The goal is to achieve a minimum of four active and two passive splices during each work shift.

Work Schedule:

Flexibility is required as the role involves both night and day shifts, with a rotation between the two on a weekly basis.

Additional Qualifications:

A strong background in outdoor cable systems is essential, as the position is dedicated to coaxial splicing. While experience in fiber splicing is beneficial, the primary focus will remain on coaxial tasks.
