We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a hospice setting. As a Travel Nurse RN Hospice, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a hospice setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements- Electronic Charting experience
