Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to support our project management team in overseeing various aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and expertise with scheduling software such as Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Monday.com and other scheduling tools.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address potential project risks and issues.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular project status reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with scheduling software.
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
