About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for active duty personnel to gain valuable work experience and skills in a real-world setting. As a participant in our Military SkillBridge program, you will be placed in a challenging and rewarding internship role at Paragon Cyber Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in an individual internship in an entry to mid-level career type role
  • Perform on-site work at Paragon Cyber Solutions, supporting a work schedule equivalent to 40 hours per week
  • Develop skills and knowledge in areas such as project management, information technology, cyber security, human resources, operations, recruiting, sales/business development, and executive/administrative assistance
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve program goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Has served at least 180 days on active duty
  • Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
  • Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 months of eligible and approved SkillBridge Internship available
  • Active US Government Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
