Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team of healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, you'll work closely with our patients to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care that addresses their unique needs and health goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and family care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and health goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure evidence-based care
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
