We are seeking a highly skilled RN Clinical Coordinator to join our team at AdventHealth Porter. As a key member of our Operating Room department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and supporting the department's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the unit's daily operations, ensuring patient care and staff needs are met.
- Assist in directing, organizing, and prioritizing all shift activities to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Ensure appropriateness of admissions/cases to the unit/department and that appropriate staff skill mix exists to provide safe patient care.
- Participate in the interviewing and selection process for new team members.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- One year of OR RN experience
- RN license to practice in CO or KS as applicable
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
