Role Overview

Primary Function and Purpose of the Role:
Generate demand for products through service and specifications directed at distributors, contractors, and specifiers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets within designated discount or profit margins.
  • Advocate for Sika products by continuously developing engineering specifications and contractor applications.
  • Ensure comprehensive geographical coverage of the assigned territory through an effective account management system.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise regarding current product offerings and market applications.
  • Formulate and execute targeted sales action plans for selected accounts.
  • Communicate relevant business information to inter/intra regional personnel and other support functions as necessary.
  • Support company profitability by exercising sound judgment in all business dealings.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work independently and implement action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills in time management.
