Job Summary

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high levels of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Oversee staffing levels, appraise staff performance, and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Cost Control: Control operational costs, identify measures to cut waste, and create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service, maintain quality standards, and drive for financial accountability.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, and utilize restaurant management software to drive business results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-service, high-volume management experience.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards.
  • Understanding of and drive for financial accountability.
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as HotSchedules, Point of Sale, and accounting software.
  • Acute financial management skills.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
