Technical Requirements:

  • Database Design: Design and develop SQL databases using MS SQL or MySQL.
  • Programming Languages: Develop applications using Python and/or Java, with expertise in.NET framework (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET).
  • Web Development: Develop web portals, dashboards, and reporting using Javascript, CSS, and HTML5.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Hold an undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
  • Experience: Possess 4 to 6 years of experience in Manufacturing IT, integrating manufacturing operations to business systems.
  • Plant Performance: Experience implementing Plant Performance (OEE), Track and Trace, or Quality systems that integrate to real-time control systems and ERP systems.
  • SCADA Design: Design and configure SCADA systems.
  • Industrial Networking: Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk Platform, Aveva ArchestrA, Inductive Ignition, and/or Parsec TrakSYS.
  • Communication Interfaces: Develop communication interfaces to PLCs (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus/TCP).
  • System Deployment: First-hand experience with startup, commissioning, and deployment of systems into production.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
