AIG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing technology strategies that enable our businesses to achieve their goals.

About the Role

The Senior Solutions Architect will work collaboratively with business and delivery teams to provide technical design knowledge, recommendations on patterns and best practices, and implementation decisions. You will author solution and technical design documents and provide technical leadership to implementation teams.

  • Define the solution architecture for projects across several business domains through understanding functional, non-functional requirements, and business strategy.
  • Drive alignment and consistency of the solution design by working with regional and global architecture teams.
  • Own and govern the solution design through the entire project implementation phase, including guiding and mentoring the team.
  • Produce all architecture-related artifacts required as part of the SDLC.
  • Effectively communicate the architecture to business and IT partners.
  • Work with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to contribute to high-level project schedules, resource plans for the project, and project costs.
  • Support multiple concurrent project implementations where applicable.
  • Engage with in-country systems teams as necessary.
