Job Summary

This is a commission-based sales position where you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management in the water mitigation and restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Sales Outreach: Engage with potential clients to introduce the company's water mitigation and restoration services, focusing on developing long-term relationships.
  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process, ensuring a smooth handoff to the service team once a contract is signed.
  • Sales Targeting: Meet or exceed sales goals by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in water damage restoration and identify opportunities for the company to grow.
  • Proposal Preparation: Develop and present proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients, explaining the company's value proposition.
  • Client Meetings and Site Visits: Schedule and attend site visits to understand client needs and recommend solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the restoration, water mitigation, construction, or insurance industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales skills with a focus on prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for achieving results.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently in a commission-driven environment.
