Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team at Soliant. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the supervising SLP in providing speech and language therapy to students.
  • Implement treatment plans as designed by the SLP.
  • Support students in both individual and group settings.
  • Document student progress and report to the supervising SLP.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance student communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field.
  • Valid state SLPA license or certification.
  • Experience in a school setting is beneficial, but not required.
