Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of speech therapy services under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of students.
- Track and document student progress to ensure effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy services to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
- Maryland SLPA license or eligibility.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not necessary.
- Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect therapy services.
