Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support the delivery of speech therapy services under the guidance of a licensed SLP, implement individualized treatment plans, track and document student progress, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of speech therapy services under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of students.
  • Track and document student progress to ensure effective therapy services.

  • Maintain accurate records of therapy services to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
  • Maryland SLPA license or eligibility.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not necessary.
