Seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Education professional to join our team at Crystal's Cuddle Bugs Childcare Center as a Lead Toddler Teacher. This role requires a strong background in creating engaging and stimulating environments that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in toddlers.

Job Overview:

Candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the unique needs of each child, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Observe and document each child's progress and communicate with parents and caregivers regularly
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning

Requirements:

  • Associate's/Bach degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA or other DHS qualifying certification
  • State certification in Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
