The Role:
This full-time position will involve leading a team of primary care physicians and advanced practice providers, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. As a Primary Care Physician Lead, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of primary care physicians and advanced practice providers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, address complex cases, and promote seamless transitions between providers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners, promoting health education and wellness initiatives.
Requirements:
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Pediatrics).
- Active, non-restricted medical license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to maintain DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- BLS/ACLS certification within 180 days of hire.
Salary Range:
$255,000 - $315,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
