Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Rocky Mountain Prep. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a classroom of students in elementary education, with a focus on promoting academic achievement and character development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students
  • Use data-driven methods to promote student learning and growth
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Elementary Education or a related field
  • Current Colorado teaching license with elementary education endorsement
  • Minimum two years of lead teaching experience
  • Experience with progress monitoring, data collection, and analysis
