We are a movement of educators, families, scholars, and advocates who are changing the face of public education in Colorado. Our mission is to democratize college access and preparation for historically marginalized students and families. We are a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area, serving students from twelve weeks to twelfth grade.

The RoleWe are seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a team of teachers and supporting the academic success of our students. You will work closely with our administrators and other teachers to develop and implement curriculum, assess student progress, and provide targeted support to students who need it.
Responsibilities- Use data-driven methods to promote student learning and develop meaningful relationships in the classroom
- Consistently collect, enter, and analyze academic data to provide targeted instruction and interventions
- Build a strong classroom culture where students can learn, grow, and thrive
- Cultivate a strong, healthy working environment for colleagues
- Work collaboratively and communicate regularly with teammates, parents, and administrators
- Regularly attend professional development sessions to improve instructional practice
- Thoroughly plan, prep, and internalize lessons to maximize class time and student learning
- Model our PEAK values and demonstrate a hungry, humble, smart, and results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree (any subject)
- Completion of CDE READ Act training and/or CDE Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) 45 contact hours
- Pass a background check
- Demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $94,800, depending on experience and level of education. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement through PERA, and paid-time-off.
