Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team at Sun Life Financial. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs that support the business objectives of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation strategies that align with our business goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and HR partners to ensure compensation programs meet their needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement total rewards programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
