Job Title: Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team at Sun Life Financial. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs that support the business objectives of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation strategies that align with our business goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and HR partners to ensure compensation programs meet their needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
