Supply Planner Role

Pharmavite is seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Planning Team, you will be responsible for leading and driving strategy, process, and planning system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the MRP system Rapid Response to evaluate, maintain, and execute short and long-term production plans to support customer orders and forecast, while aligning to inventory targets.
  • Execute the Distribution Plan by creating and monitoring inventory transfers for multiple distribution centers to maintain the finished goods needed to support projected customer demand and allocation plans.
  • Maintain a rough-cut capacity plan, including the resulting resource requirements and constraints, while making timely recommendations to the Supply Chain for required adjustments to the needs of facilities, equipment, and labor to ensure current demand can be met in addition to future growth opportunities that may occur.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer service, production, and inventory issues by detecting root causes and utilizing appropriate problem resolution/corrective action techniques.
  • Ability to create executive-level updates on critical supply issues.
  • Actively participate in S&OP, including generating, presenting executive-level reports for Supply Reviews.
  • Influence Supply Review content to support resolution of Supply Chain issues that impact customer service or inventory targets.
  • Influence adherence to plan while collaborating with operations, purchasing, third-party manufacturers, distribution, warehousing, and other supply chain groups to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Act as a center of excellence in supply chain planning across the entire company by participating in or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze the end-to-end supply chain and define the appropriate inventory strategy to deliver customer service while maximizing inventory and financial performance.
  • Support Master Data maintenance in ERP system.
  • Measure, track critical KPIs, and drive improvement in areas such as fill rate, safety stock adherence, and working capital.
  • Utilize key inventory concepts to influence optimization of inventory across the supply chain.
  • Participate and support new product commercialization, new market, and new channel development efforts by providing product expertise, knowledge, and information.
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, preferably CPG, environment.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and team members.
  • Curiosity and drive to solve problems.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of planning systems, with a preference for Kinaxis.
  • Working knowledge of inventory policies and concepts.
  • Ability to create policies based on Pharmavite's service and inventory goals.

Annual Pay: $91,328.00 - $136,940.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary, such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
