Descripción del Trabajo:

Buscamos un Especialista en Procesamiento de Correspondencia y Cuentas Lockbox, meticuloso y orientado a los detalles, para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de gestionar y procesar la correspondencia entrante, que incluye cortar y clasificar el correo, así como manejar cuentas Lockbox extrayendo contenidos, negociando cheques y preparando salidas de acuerdo con las instrucciones del cliente. Este rol requiere cumplir con plazos establecidos y la capacidad de permanecer sentado durante períodos prolongados.

Manejo de Correspondencia:

  • Recibir, cortar y clasificar la correspondencia entrante.
  • Asegurar que toda la correspondencia esté categorizada y procesada de manera eficiente.

Procesamiento de Lockbox:

  • Extraer contenidos de cuentas Lockbox.
  • Negociar cheques y asegurar un manejo adecuado.
  • Preparar salidas según las instrucciones del cliente.

Aseguramiento de Calidad:

  • Mantener alta precisión y atención al detalle en todas las tareas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Verificar todas las salidas por precisión antes de finalizar.

Gestión del Tiempo:

  • Cumplir con plazos estrictos para las tareas de procesamiento.
  • Gestionar la carga de trabajo para completar las tareas al final de cada turno.

Requisitos:

  • Capacidad para permanecer sentado durante largos períodos realizando tareas repetitivas.
  • Flexibilidad en los horarios de finalización según el volumen diario; comenzando a las 6:00am y finalizando al completar el trabajo del día.
  • Título de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Experiencia previa en procesamiento de correo o operaciones de Lockbox.
  • Fuerte atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva.
  • Conocimiento de software de procesamiento.
  • Capacidad para pasar una verificación de antecedentes y pruebas de drogas.
