Nurse Care Manager

Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled RN with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient-centered care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, prioritize care based on individual needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide patient education, support, and guidance to help individuals manage their health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, progress, and outcomes.
- Initiate emergency resuscitative measures when necessary, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity, upholding the highest standards of patient confidentiality and dignity.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of hire date.
- Previous experience in acute care settings, preferably with a focus on nursing specialty areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN) from an accredited institution.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
