Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care team at UHealth Tower. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner, utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification).
  • ACLS.
  • One (1) year Intensive Care Nursing experience.
