Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

North Shore Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional and technical nursing care to patients in the ICU, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations of patients.
  • Assist in planning, supervising, and instructing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Utilize strong critical thinking skills to make sound judgments and decisions in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
Requirements:
  • Current Florida RN License.
  • Current BLS & ACLS Certification and basic Arrhythmia Skills.
  • Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
  • Computer Skills.
