About the Role

Rainier Springs, a leading behavioral healthcare organization, is seeking a highly skilled Hospital Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team dedicated to providing innovative and exceptional psychiatric care in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire hospital operation during the absence of administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
  • Monitor performance, maintain schedules, and provide education and coaching as needed to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in conducting department meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of nursing principles, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge and admission procedures, medication distribution, and medical care.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring the execution of treatment plans and achieving patient goals.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age and a graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing training.
  • Hold a current, unencumbered license to practice nursing, issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Obtain CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to interacting with patients.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients is highly desirable.

Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities is also preferred.
