Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead by example, working alongside crew members to maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship.
  • Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, and other important topics.
  • Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards and assist with inventory counts for breakfast items.
  • Ensure adherence to cash procedures and manage labor costs to meet company standards.
  • Train and develop crew members under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
