RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct thorough inspections on vehicles of all makes and models.
  • Efficiently perform necessary maintenance and repairs as authorized.
  • Carry out oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Test and replace batteries as needed.
  • Repair and replace tires.
  • Service transmissions, cooling systems, and other related maintenance tasks.
  • Gather all essential information prior to requesting parts (e.g., model year, etc.).
  • Conduct road tests to verify that repairs have been executed correctly.
  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a sufficient set of personal tools and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Promote the dealership by maintaining a professional appearance, positive demeanor, and organized workspace.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A 2-year college degree in automotive technology or vehicle maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong background in automotive service.
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background check.
