Job Title: Paralegal

Job Summary:

The Paralegal will provide critical support to our legal team by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing documents. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct research and analyze data to support legal cases and projects.
  2. Prepare and maintain legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
  3. Assist with the coordination of law student internships and provide guidance to interns.
  4. Develop and maintain the Office of General Counsel Intranet website.
  5. Conduct legal research and prepare reports or summaries of such research for attorneys and others.
  6. Prepare draft policies and procedures for review, approval, and/or use by attorneys and others.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of seven to ten years of work experience as a paralegal, including experience in the areas of responsibility listed in this description.
  • Graduation from an accredited college.
  • A Certificate of Paralegal Studies is preferred.
