Paralegal Opportunity at Reeves Lavallee PC

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team at Reeves Lavallee PC. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers in preparing legal documentation, conducting research, and organizing case files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date case filing systems
  • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Conduct research on legal articles and assist with client meetings
  • Coordinate law office activity, including drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
  • Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Family Law
  • Completion of a nationally-accredited Paralegal program is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, writing, and grammar skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved Paralegal certificate program, such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in Paralegal studies, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
