Role Overview:

The Retail Sales Representative / Customer Support plays a vital role in connecting customers with our products while also managing inventory and supporting e-commerce operations behind the scenes.

In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products from various Mana Up companies at our retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, address inquiries, enhance interaction with products, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Mana Up and featured brands to effectively assist customers.
  • Utilize cash registers and POS systems to handle transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Guide customers to locate merchandise within the store.
  • Drive in-store sales growth.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales floor and backroom.
  • Introduce promotions and special product offerings to customers.
  • Encourage additional purchases through cross-selling techniques.
  • Process e-commerce orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory effectively within a retail environment.
  • Oversee delivery processes and stock management.
  • Contribute to the company’s profitability through diligent inventory oversight.
  • Communicate any concerns regarding product availability.

Qualifications:

  • Maintain a positive demeanor and prioritize customer satisfaction in a dynamic setting.
  • Previous retail sales experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising, and e-commerce practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Proficiency in Native Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, and/or Korean is a plus.
