Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Oribe Tea Co. in Oahu. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our tea products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our tea products and drive sales.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals, collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that sales displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Participate in sales training and product knowledge updates to stay current and competitive in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, particularly in a retail or grocery store setting.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and company leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and think proactively, with a goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and mode of transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
  • Must be able to legally work in the US.
