- Organize and execute daily operational tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager or in their absence.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Store Manager when required.
- Oversee the overall logistics processes within the store that support corporate initiatives and productivity objectives.
- Leverage all available tools and training resources to ensure adherence to logistics processes, visual standards, and stocking routines.
- Manage the visual publication calendar and delivery schedule to effectively plan and execute all logistics tasks; collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Operations or Assistant Store Manager to schedule workloads.
- Maintain and organize stockroom standards to support efficiency and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership abilities, including exceptional customer service skills, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, sound decision-making aligned with strategic goals, effective delegation, and the capability to efficiently execute daily priorities.
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a dynamic specialty retail environment is preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
