Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Embassy Dental - Murfreesboro. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide chair-side support to our doctors and hygienists, ensuring efficient appointments and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provides clinical support to doctors and hygienists, including charting, patient education, and operatory setup and cleanup.
  • Manages patient flow to ensure efficient appointments and a positive patient experience.
  • Captures and processes X-rays, enters patient treatment plans, and maintains files at the direction of the dentist.
  • Completes sterilization processes for equipment and operatories, and monitors laboratory cases to ensure they are ready for the next day's schedule.
Qualifications
  • Dental Assisting Certification in the appropriate state from an accredited school.
  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
  • X-Ray certification, or the ability to acquire in a timely manner.
  • Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
