Financial Analyst

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our team at Carolina Components Group.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform month-end accounting close activities, including accruals and reconciliations
* Receive and enter vendor invoices daily, identifying variances and correcting with internal stakeholders swiftly
* Manage W-9s and 1099 process for all vendors and establish new vendor accounts
* Enter drop ship invoices with a high level of accuracy
* Analyze AP aging and prepare payments bi-weekly
* Reconcile corporate card account daily
* Respond to incoming inquiries from vendors quickly and professionally
* Prepare and process sales tax exemption forms and prepare sales tax reports for individual states
* Work with internal and external stakeholders on accounting inquiries
* Assume additional responsibilities and assist with special projects as needed or directed
* Support ad hoc financial analysis as needed
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* 4+ years experience preferred
* Experience working with both small business and ERP financial software
* Highly organized, creative, flexible and proactive
**Work Environment:**
Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment and throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility
The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate
