Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of sales executives who consistently exceed their sales targets.
- Mentor and coach sales managers and representatives to improve their sales skills and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales development, enablement, operations, product, marketing, and finance, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Forecast sales performance and provide accurate quarterly forecasts.
- Travel regularly (at least 25% of the time) to meet with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience in district-level education and/or education technology sales management.
- Proven track record of scaling successful sales teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and work with confidential information.
- Intermediate level or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with UKG and leading managers.
- A competitive salary range of $120,500 to $145,000, based on national market data and experience.
