Job Summary

The Town of Castle Rock is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional public service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at our Recreation Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about our facilities, programs, and services.
  • Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness of the entry and lobby area, replace forms and brochures, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Cash Handling: Accept fees for facility use, register participants, and collect fees for programs and activities.
  • Communication: Respond to basic patron concerns and issues, provide information via phone, and answer the phone and respond to questions or transfer calls to staff members.
  • Teamwork: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patrons and coworkers, and exercise consistent tact and courtesy in frequent public contact.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Six (6) months experience in a public setting providing customer service
  • Licenses and Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certificate required, or ability to attain within 30 days
