We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spanish Application Tester to join our team at IPEM SOLUTIONS INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing applications developed in Salesforce and Amazon Connect platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze design documents to gain a deep understanding of system functionalities.
  • Develop software end-to-end test scenarios, clear and concise test cases, and test scripts with detailed steps.
  • Execute test cases and identify software issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues.
  • Track and document all testing defects and resolutions.
  • Participate in the design and development of test automation and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of testing applications developed in Salesforce Service Cloud and Amazon Connect.
  • Ability to analyze and understand system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and SOQL.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and testing frameworks.
