Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Saxon Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality of software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business subject matter experts, architects, developers, and testers to gather and document business requirements and user stories.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
• Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for process enhancements.

Requirements:

• At least seven (7) years of experience in software testing and business analysis, with a strong focus on test strategy and planning.
• Proven experience in using Test Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, such as HP ALM, Rational Requisite Pro, or Jama.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working in a government agency or pension/retirement software implementation environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
