As a Service Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of service center employees to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality results
  • Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance of the service center to meet or exceed business objectives
  • Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Maintain a clean and organized service center, ensuring a safe and secure working environment
  • Provide superior customer service leadership and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience

Requirements:

  • 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business
  • Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of professionals
