Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
- 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
