Nurse Practitioner Position

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Medical Director Services PC. As a skilled nursing facility care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a nursing home setting and be able to work collaboratively with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for assessing patient health, performing physical examinations, and obtaining and updating medical histories. Additionally, you will be expected to build relationships with residents and families, educate, and formulate a plan of evidence-based care.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care to long and short-term residents, assessing patient health and performing physical examinations.
- Collaborate with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide high-quality patient care.
- Build relationships with residents and families, educating and formulating a plan of evidence-based care.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Ensure safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide extensive training and opportunities for professional growth and development.
