Nurse Practitioner

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the HICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including cardiac and respiratory issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- 2+ years of experience in the ICU or a related field
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
