Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential services to support the well-being and community integration of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disorders (IDD) and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participant needs and develop strategies to support them.
  • Provide interventions and training to participants, staff, parents, and caregivers to promote skill acquisition and independence.
  • Offer In-Home and Community Support in a home and community setting to assist participants in daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the current needs of participants are met.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, counseling, social work, gerontology, or related fields.
  • NADD Competency-Based Clinical Certification.
  • NADD Competency-Based Dual Diagnosis Certification.
  • NADD Competency-Based Direct-Support Professional Certification.
  • Registered Behavior Technician.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.
Training and Development
  • PAID Training to become Certified in Functional Behavior Assessments (for Bachelor of Psychology Degree holders, with an increased hourly rate for certified employees).
  • PAID Training to become Certified in Supported Employment for the IDD population (available to bachelor's degree holders of any field, with an increased hourly rate for certified employees).
  • PAID Professional Development Training for Direct Support Professionals resulting in increased hourly rates.

  • 12-hour shift
  • 4-hour shift
  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overnight shift
